Subscriptions & Billing

  • Plans: Monthly €7.99 or Yearly €59.99 (≈ €5.00/mo), both start with a 7-day free trial.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store / Google Play account settings.
  • Your premium access continues until the end of the current period.

Account & Data (GDPR)

  • Delete account: App → Settings → Delete Account, or email contact@somnia.app
  • Export data: Email us to request a machine-readable export.
  • Privacy first: On-device by default; optional cloud sync is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data.

App won't open

Reinstall and ensure latest iOS/Android version.

No Sleep Score today

Open the app in the morning and confirm notification permissions.

Trial not starting

Sign in with the same store account and retry. If it persists, email us.

Receipt/entitlement issues

Restore Purchases in the app (Settings → Restore).

Notifications off

Enable notifications in iOS/Android Settings for Somnia.

Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Refunds follow their policies and must be requested through Apple or Google.

We cannot issue refunds directly.

Abuse & Security

Report abuse, bugs, or security issues to: security@somnia.app (or contact@somnia.app if not available).

If you think your account was compromised, change your store password and email us immediately.
