These Terms govern your use of Somnia, including subscriptions and in-app purchases. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

Somnia is a wellness and sleep-coaching app that provides daily Sleep Scores (0–100) and personalized tips. Somnia does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old in the EU (13 in the US) to use Somnia. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login. Do not share your password or account with others.

Subscriptions & Payment

Somnia offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

  • Monthly: €7.99/month (after 7-day free trial)
  • Yearly: €59.99/year (≈ €5.00/month, after 7-day free trial)

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account after the free trial ends.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings at any time.

Free Trial

Each new user may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically begin unless canceled before expiration.

Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions must be canceled via Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their policies. Somnia cannot process refunds directly.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse Somnia, attempt to reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with its proper operation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Somnia is provided 'as is'. While we aim to support your sleep habits, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Somnia is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Somnia and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Mandatory consumer rights under EU law remain unaffected.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified in the app. Continued use of Somnia after changes means you accept the new Terms.
