On-device vs. Cloud

On-device first. Your sleep data is stored on your device by default. If you opt-in to cloud sync, it's encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data.

International Transfers

If data is processed outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved safeguards.

Data Retention

Keep data only as long as needed, deleteable anytime in app → Settings → Delete Account. Aggregated anonymous data may be kept.

Purchases & Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are handled via Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow their policies. We do not store payment card details.
